Meet Michelle Wright, The New Business Development Executive from Cadbury House Hotel
If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the past couple of years, it’s that life has a funny way of giving you chapters you never expected and somehow making them all feel like they were meant to be.
My Name is Michelle Wright, and Cadbury House has been my professional home since 2024. I started as the senior Wedding Coordinator, which basically meant living in world of love stories, seating plans, and the occasional bridal meltdown that could be solved with a deep breath and glass of fizz. I loved it. I loved couples, the chaos, the confetti, and the feeling of being part of someone’s best day ever.
Then in June 2025, I pressed pause on all things wedding to have my beautiful baby girl. She arrived with the kind of personality that makes you think she’s already planning her own future Cadbury Wedding and after nearly a year of baby groups, nappies, night feeds and learning to function on 3 hours sleep, I’m back. Not just back but I’ve stepped into a brand-new role as Business Development Executive, which feels like the perfect blend of everything I love: people, creativity, and building new relationships.
Cadbury House isn’t just a hotel. It’s a place where people celebrate their biggest moments, where businesses come to connect, where families gather and where memories are made. Weve got everything form gorgeous event spaces to incredible dining, luxurious bedrooms, a spa that can fix even the most frazzled of souls, and views that make you stop for a second just to take them in properly.
And now, as we head into Christmas 2026, we’re gearing up for one of our most exciting festive seasons yet. The house transforms into a true winter wonderland twinkling lights, sparkling trees, and that unmistakable December buzz that makes Cadbury House feel magical.
We’ve got party nights filled with dancing, laughter, and the kind of questionable festive shirt choices that become legendary by January. Add beautifully crafted seasonal menus, live entertainment, and all the festive magic you’d expect from Cadbury House, and you’ve got a Christmas worth celebrating.
So, if you haven’t booked your festive event yet, I hope this gives you the nudge you need we’d love to welcome you.
Coming back into Cadbury House feels a bit like returning from a long holiday that mix of comfort, excitement, and the sense that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. And honestly, what I’ve missed most is the people. The chats, the ideas, the “let’s see what we can make happen” moments. So if you’re reading this and thinking about an event, a celebration, a work do, or even just exploring options, I’d genuinely love to connect with you. I’m always happy to talk things through, share ideas, or help you shape something that feels right for you.
Thanks for reading and hopefully, I’ll get to speak with you soon.
